23 Jul Microfluidic chip nozzle and biological 3D printer
Abstract
The invention provides a microfluidic chip nozzle and a biological 3D printer. The microfluidic chip nozzle comprises a substrate layer of a microfluidic chip, a thin film layer, and a top layer of the microfluidic chip. The thin film layer is arranged between the substrate layer and the top layer of the microfluidic chip. The substrate layer of the microfluidic chip is provided with a plurality of component passageways and inlets thereof, a mixed-flow passageway connected with the plurality of component passageways, and an outlet of the mixed-flow passageway. The top layer of the microfluidicchip is provided with microvalves corresponding to plurality of component passageways; the microvalves are connected with microvalve control pipelines; and the microvalve control pipelines control the microvalves so as to control component fluids in every component passageway to enter the mixed-flow passageway, and thus, the composition of an object prepared in the mixed-flow passageway is controlled. The microfluidic chip nozzle of the invention can accurately and flexibly manufacture fibers of different compositions in real time, and fibers composed of various components can be directly printed on a substrate used for construction of a tissue engineering scaffold; and thus, the tissue engineering scaffold including a plurality of optional materials can be accurately constructed in realtime.
