Abstract

Cellulose is inoculated into an alkaline HS nutrient medium to produce bacterialstrains, constant-temperature and constant-humidity culture is conducted, alkali-resistant bacterial cellulose produced bacteria are screened out, then Ca2+ is added into an alkali-resistant bacterial cellulose produced bacterium seed solution to activate the cellulose, a fermentation solution prepared from a Ca2+ mineralization solution is added for constant-temperature and constant-humidity culture, and the mineralized bacterial cellulose composite material is obtained. The original two-step crystallization process is integrated into one step to be completed, the method is simpler and morecontrollable, and the prepared composite material has the advantages that organic and inorganic components are evenly assembled, binding force is high, and the interface characteristic is excellent, and can serve as tissue engineering scaffold materials such as bone and cartilage tissue scaffolds and heart scaffolds.
