Abstract

The invention relates to a microballons/nanometer yarn composite bracket loaded with exosomes and growth factors and a preparation method of the microballons/nanometer yarn composite bracket. The composite bracket is prepared by that the microballons are adhered to the surface of nanometer yarn, wherein the nanometer yarn is nanometer yarn adopting a core/shell structure; and the microballons arepolylactic acid glycolic acid copolymer microballons of which the inner parts are loaded with fibroblast growth factors. The microballons/nanometer yarn composite bracket disclosed by the invention has high stretch mechanical property and excellent biocompatibility; the structure of the nanometer yarn has larger aperture; tissue repair can be promoted by the exosomes loaded by a fiber core layer,and three-dimensional infiltration of urinary tract relevant cells is facilitated; and the microballons can release fibroblast growth factors, so that the microballons/nanometer yarn composite bracketcan be applied to fields of tissue engineering urethra and the like.
