Abstract
The invention discloses a micro-nano gel particle, a controllable preparation method and an application thereof. A crosslinking reaction of a material having a special core-shell structure is accurately controlled in a micro-nano scale so that controllable preparation of the micro-nano gel particle having a complex structure being from single-layer to multi-layer is achieved and physical properties and chemical properties of gel particle in each layer can be finely adjusted and controlled and optimized. The micro-nano gel particle is widely applied in various fields such as drug transportation, tissue engineering, biosensing, bioimaging, chemical separation, catalysis and the like. A micro-nano gel particle being constructed on the basis of disulfide-bond rearrangement has an excellent biocompatibility and an excellent biodegradability and can be expected to be applied in the field of drug transportation and diseases diagnosis.
