Abstract

The invention relates to the field of tissue engineering micromodules, and in particular relates to a micro-fluidic chip for manufacturing a tissue engineering micromodule. The micro-fluidic chip comprises a first channel, a second channel, a third channel and a micro-drop manufacturing module, wherein the first channel is used for conveying a cell solution; the second channel is used for conveying sheath fluid; the micro-drop manufacturing module is communicated with the third channel; the first channel and the second channel converge at one place, and pretreatment liquid formed in a manner that the sheath fluid wraps the cell solution is formed at the junction, flows into the micro-drop manufacturing module from the third channel, and is extruded to form micro-drops in single dispersion phase through the continuous phases in the micro-drop manufacturing module. The invention aims at providing the micro-fluidic chip for manufacturing the tissue engineering micromodule, which generates the pretreatment liquid of the tissue engineering micromodule, and finally generates the high-activity micromodule, wherein the pretreatment liquid is liquid characterized in that the sheath fluid as the outer-ring laminar flow wraps the cell solution as the central laminar flow.
