23 Jul MHC-B-LB gene PCR-RFLP/abel relative to chicken egg productivity
Abstract
The present invention belongs to the field of animal gene engineering technology, relates to method of utilizing molecular biological technology in detecting egg productivity of chicken, and is especially the technology of detecting chicken’s egg producing performance based on the PCR-RFLP polymorphism of chicken MHC B-LB gene and its application. The present invention also relates to one kit for detecting chicken’s egg producing performance. The present invention includes the following main steps: extracting genome DNA from chicken blood or tissue, designing primer, obtaining partial MHC B-LB gene sequence, performing PCR product cloning and sequencing, detecting BsuR I-RFLP polymorphism, and analyzing the relationship between RFLP polymorphism and egg producing amount. The present invention provides useful molecular marker for chicken’s marker assisted selection.
