Abstract
The invention discloses a methyl vinyl ether and maleic acid copolymer/chondroitin sulfate-based pH-sensitive composite hydrogel and a preparation method thereof. The pH-sensitive composite hydrogel is a reticulate structure. The polymer rhydrogel is obtained through chemically cross-linking an artificially synthesized polymer with a natural polymer chondroitin sulfate by adopting adipic dihydrazide with 1-ethyl-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride and N-hydroxysuccinimide as catalysts. The method has the advantages of simple synthesis process, mild reaction conditions, and suitableness for large-scale production. The hydrogel is prepared from the artificially synthesized polymer P(MVE-alt-MA) and the natural polymer Chs, and mechanical performances of the hdyrogel can be easily adjusted through adjusting the ratio of the artificially synthesized polymer to the natural polymer, so the method can easily meet application demands and industrial production. The hydrogel disclosed in the invention has pH sensitivity, and has good application prospect in the fields of drug sustained release and tissue engineering scaffolds.
