Abstract

The invention discloses a method used for in vitro maintenance of multipotency of mesenchymal stem cells. The method comprises following steps: 1, extraction, primary culturing, and subcultring of mesenchymal stem cells are carried out; 2, a composite membrane culture substrate is prepared via combination of rubbing alignment and epitaxial crystallization, wherein the surface of the composite membrane culture substrate is of an oriented microstructure; and 3, the mesenchymal stem cells are cultured on the composite membrane culture substrate. Operation of the method is simple; cost is low; the method is suitable for large area application, can be used for large-scale production of mesenchymal stem cells with multipotential differentiation, and is of extremely high clinical application value in the field of tissue engineering.
