23 Jul METHOD OF NANOCOMPOSITE PRODUCTION FOR BONE TISSUE REGENERATION
Abstract
FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to regenerative medicine and tissue engineering. Disclosed is a method of producing a nanocomposite for bone tissue regeneration, comprising a porous chitosan scaffold and nanosized calcium phosphate particles. Method involves dissolving chitosan in acetic acid, adding gelatine solution to chitosan solution, foaming the obtained mixture, forming nanoparticles of calcium phosphate in situ in the mixture. Calcium carbonate is added as a foaming agent, the mixture is agitated by means of a propeller mixer at rate of 1,100-1,300 rpm for 45-60 seconds, adding an aqueous solution of potassium heptahydrate orthophosphate to a mixture and agitating it with a propeller mixer at rate of 1,100-1,300 rpm for 45-60 seconds. Then the mixture is dried at temperature of 65 °C until complete drying.EFFECT: obtaining a biocompatible porous nanocomposite with a high degree of porosity, low toxicity, shorter time for producing the nanocomposite, avoiding the need for a step for removing by-products from the mixture, avoiding additional steps of obtaining calcium phosphate particles for subsequent use thereof when producing composite material.1 cl, 2 dwg, 1 ex
