Abstract
The invention discloses a method of manufacturing a three-dimensional nano composite stent for bone tissue engineering through selective laser sintering technology. The method includes: utilizing the selective laser sintering technology, and manufacturing a bone-like composite material into a composite stent of a three-dimensional structure through CAD (computer-aided design) modeling. The three-dimensional stent manufactured by the method has good biocompatibility, degradability, biological performance, mechanical performance and the like and can promote adsorption, proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts and repairing of bones, and the problems that a conventional stent is poor in osteoinductivity and limited in structure and the like are solved. In addition, the method is simple in manufacturing process, convenient to operate, low in energy consumption, safe, clean and environment friendly, and the three-dimensional stent manufactured by the method is low in cost and quite suitable for industrial application.
