Abstract
The invention relates to a stem cell and a gene engineering technique field. Embryo stem cell is provided with multidirectional differential energy, but the research and application has a plurality of ethic problems so that the research of adult stem cell with the same multidirectional differential energy is concerned, wherein the researchers attach importance to ADSC with abundant resources and a convenient extraction. FGF10 is an adult fiber cell growth factor which only expresses white fat tissue and has the important effect for differentiating and maturing fat tissue. The invention constructs a fat stem cell line by the external culture and a recombinant vector expressing adult fiber cell growth factor10 (FGF10), exogenesis expression FGF10 accelerates differentiation and mature of ADSC by verification of external and internal experiment. The method has application prospect in the cure of skin injury, shaping and beauty field.
