23 Jul METHOD FOR TREATING THE CASES OF PUBIC SYMPHYSIS RUPTURES
Abstract
FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying external fixation apparatus. Single or controlled bones reposition and their surgical fixation is carried out with bone-tendon allograft. To do it, bone canals are formed and arranged symmetrically relative to the pubic symphysis center in top-to-down direction and from outside to inside at an acute angle. The bone-tendon allograft is formed from native ligament of kneepan with bone fragments at the ends taken from kneepan and tibia body. New bone tissue is formed in the course of allograft restructure. Its structure is structurally close to fibrous cartilage of the pubic symphysis.
