Method for transforming human primary fibroblast into epidermic cell

Method for transforming human primary fibroblast into epidermic cell

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of tissue engineering and particularly relates to a method for transforming a human primary fibroblast into an epidermic cell. The method comprises the following steps: culturing the human primary fibroblast in a DMEM (Dulbecco Modified Eagle Medium) containing 10% of fetal calf serum, culturing in 5% of CO2 at 37 DEG C, changing a medium every 3-5 days, subculturing at the ratio of 1:3 according to the growth rate of the cell and the density of the fibroblast in a cell culture dish, culturing for 120 days or longer. The method does not use a cell reprogramming technique in the process of transforming the human primary fibroblast into the epidermic cell, and no gene of an ectogenic interference cell exists, so that the functionality and the safety of the transformed cell are guaranteed. The method for transforming the human primary fibroblast into the epidermic cell is expected to become a new approach to wound repair in the clinical work.
