Abstract
The invention discloses a method for tissue culture and speed propagation of seedlings of Baisha loquats. The method includes steps: collecting young loquat fruits, disinfecting fruit surfaces, stripping tender embryos of loquats, inducing calluses, and inducing regenerated plants on a differential medium. By adoption of the method, the technical problem of difficulty in loquat initial generationculture is solved, the propagation coefficient of tissue cultured loquat seedlings is greatly increased, a great quantity of sterile tissue cultured loquat seedlings can be obtained in short time, andmaterials are provided for improved loquat breeding and genetic improvement in genetic engineering.
