Abstract
The invention relates to the field of cell engineering, in particular to a method for separating and culturing umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells by using a mixed digestive enzyme. The method comprises the following steps: (1) treating umbilical cord tissue with a mixed digestive enzyme containing neutral protease II, trypsin and collagenase; and (2) culturing the umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells obtained after digestion. By using the mixed digestive enzyme containing neutral protease II, trypsin and collagenase, the method can greatly shorten digestion time, effectively reduce damageto the umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells, and improve yield of the cells.
