Abstract

The invention discloses a method for regulating and controlling an oxidation/reduction state of a polydopamine film. The method is capable of regulating and controlling the oxidation/reduction state on the surface of the polydopamine film deposited at a conductive substrate by a pulse electrochemistry method, and can effectively regulate and control the biocompatibility and protein adsorption characteristic of the polydopamine film, and can conveniently realize conversion between the oxidation/reduction state in a real-time in-situ mode, so that the interacting characteristic of the surface and biomolecules can be improved, and a protein adsorption state which is more suitable for interacting requirements of the surface and cells at different phases can be expressed. The film can be used for the fields of stem cell in-vitro culture and differentiation, tissue engineering, and medical instrument surface modification.
