23 Jul Method for regionally photo-grafting growth factors and application thereof to modification of bone tissue engineering scaffold
Abstract
The invention discloses a method for regionally photo-grafting growth factors by utilizing ultraviolet interference/diffraction characteristics and application thereof to modification of a bone tissue engineering scaffold. An insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) is regionally grafted on the surface of a bone tissue engineering two-dimensional material under the action of ultraviolet light by utilizing the characteristics that the ultraviolet light generates interference or diffraction, so as to construct a regional photo-grafted scaffold. A scaffold material disclosed by the invention has a remarkable regional induced differentiation effect on mesenchymal stem cells so that a directed induction aim is realized. The invention provides a new concept for the development of a new scaffold material and the recognition on cell differentiation is deepened; meanwhile, the scaffold material, which is applied to the field of tissue engineering, is easy to develop.
