23 Jul Method for quantitatively loading growth factors on tissue engineering scaffold, and applications thereof
Abstract
The invention relates to a method for quantitatively loading growth factors on a tissue engineering scaffold by applying molecule layer-by-layer assembly technique. The method comprises the following steps: a. soaking the tissue engineering scaffold in aqueous solution with active constituent I for 1-8 hours; b. taking out the tissue engineering scaffold completing the step a, and washing off redundant active constituent I; c. soaking the tissue engineering scaffold completing the step b into growth factor aqueous solution for 1-2 hours; d. soaking the tissue engineering scaffold completing the step c into aqueous solution with active constituent II for 1-8 hours; e. taking out the tissue engineering scaffold completing the step d and washing off the redundant active constituent II; and f. repeating the steps a to e by n times, wherein n is more than or equal to 0 and smaller than or equal to 100. According to the method, the growth factors are in layer-by-layer assembly in the scaffold network through the mutual action among the active constituents, the growth factors and the scaffold, the growth factors can be quantitatively loaded and the release of the growth factors can be controlled by changing the layers and constituents assembled, and the method is simple and practical, strong in controllability, and clean and low-cost.
