Abstract
The invention discloses a method for quantitatively calculating inherent low-phosphorus-stress resistance of plants, belonging to the technical fields of ecological restoration engineering and plant information detection. The method comprises the following steps: sequentially arranging culture fluids with different phosphorus contents according to the descending order, respectively culturing plants with the same growth vigor in the meanwhile, and after treating for more than 2 weeks, measuring and calculating the phosphorus content C in plant tissues; by using the phosphorus content of the plant tissue cultured by the culture fluid with the highest phosphorus content as the reference, calculating the relative phosphorus contents RC in the plant tissues cultured by the other culture fluids with various phosphorus contents, and respectively adding together to obtain the accumulated relative phosphorus contents TRC of the plant tissues cultured by the culture fluids with various phosphorus contents; and comparing the TRC values of different plants, and quantifying the inherent low-phosphorus-stress resistance of different plants. The method is simple to operate and free from the influence of the external environment, has the advantages of high measuring efficiency and the like, and can be used for fast screening of species suitable for regions with barren soil and fragile environment.
