23 Jul Method for promoting osteogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells by using hydrogen peroxide
Abstract
The invention provides a method for promoting osteogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells by using hydrogen peroxide. The method comprises the following steps: (1) culturing the mesenchymal stem cells by using a complete culture solution, replacing the complete culture solution every three days, and observing density variation of the cells; (2) after the cell density is greater than 90%, adding an osteogenic induction liquid for induction; (3) 13-15 days after induction, adding hydrogen peroxide, and continuously inducing osteogenic differentiation. Tests show that the hydrogen peroxide is not completely harmless to osteogenic differentiation, and osteogenic differentiation can be promoted if the hydrogen peroxide is added at an appropriate moment. The method for promoting osteogenic differentiation of the mesenchymal stem cells by using hydrogen peroxide is achieved, and a completely novel osteogenic differentiation scheme is provided for medicinal fundamental research, tissue engineering research and the like.
