Abstract

The method is characterized in that the trachea acellular matrix support frame is uniformly punctured by laser micropores; and the implementation comprises the following operations that: the trachea acellular matrix support frame is prepared; the matrix support frame is subjected to uniform micropore puncture; the punctured acellular matrix is placed in triton solution to be shaken, and the peripheral metamorphic tissues of the micropores are removed; and cartilage cells are planted around the laser micropores on the support frame material surface. When being implemented, the method provided by the invention has the positive effects that the laser micropore treatment is carried out on the basis of not destroying the trachea cell epimatrix structure, so the laser micropore trachea acellular matrix support frame with proper pore space is prepared, the cartilage cells can deep grow to the inside of the support frame along the laser micropores, the problem that the cartilage cells cannot deep grow inside the matrix is solved, and conditions for providing ideal tissue engineering tracheas for society are created.
