Abstract
The invention relates to a method for producing microfibres in three-dimensional structures, and to a cross-linked alginate substrate comprising a microfibre or a solution comprising an agent forming a hydrogel and cells at the origin of the microfibre. The invention also relates to a kit for implementing the method according to the invention, and to a substitute comprising at least two microfibres.
