In summary, the technical process of the invention mainly comprises the following steps of: separating messenger RNA (mRNA) from human tissues; acquiring human serum albumin genes by using RT/PCR technology; assembling the human serum albumin genes on a blood tissue specificity expression carrier to construct an expression structure; extracting and purifying DNA of the expression structure, and transferring the DNA into a fertilized egg (single-cell embryo) of an animal to develop the fertilized egg into a transgenic animal; and breeding a group of the transgenic animals and purifying the human serum albumin from the blood thereof.
