Abstract
The invention discloses a method for preparing a triple shape memory polymer through blending shape memory polyurethane (SMPU) with ABS resin, and an application of the triple shape memory polymer in 3D printing, and relates to a preparation method of a multiple shape memory polymer, and an application of the multiple shape memory polymer in 3D printing. The triple shape (memory) polymer used for 3D printing, prepared in the invention, can widen the range of a 3D printing material. The triple shape memory polymer is prepared through solution blending or extrusion blending of the SMPU and the ABS resin; and the application is characterized in that wires are produced in an extruder, and a material with designed shape is printed through a 3D printer. The triple shape memory polymer can be applied to electronic circuit devices of airplanes and automobiles, beam identification of electronic lines, temperature sensitive elements of alarm devices, fastening pins, tissue engineering and other fields of biomedical science.
