Abstract
The invention discloses a method for preparing a tissue engineering stent material from a composite. The method includes the following steps of firstly, forming a composite sample through a forming technology, and then putting the composite sample in a high-pressure container; secondly, replacing gas in the high-pressure container with supercritical fluid; thirdly, heating and pressurizing the high-pressure container so that the composite sample can be saturated in the high-temperature and high-pressure supercritical fluid atmosphere and molten at the temperature or pressure higher than the critical temperature or pressure of the supercritical fluid and polymer crystals can be eliminated; fourthly, conducting cooling until the foaming temperature is reached; fifthly, conducting rapid pressure relieving. The crystal area of a high-molecular polymer is molten at a high temperature, polymer crystals are eliminated, the foaming problem of a linear straight-chain high-crystallinity biological high-molecular polymer is solved, and finally the structure-controllable tissue engineering stent material is obtained.
