Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a TiO2/SiO2 composite film for photoinduced cell detachment. The method comprises the following steps that a sol-gel method is adopted firstly, and tetraethoxysilane, absolute ethyl alcohol, tetrahydrofuran, nitric acid and deionized water are taken as raw materials, and SiO2 sol is prepared; then the tetrahydrofuran is used for diluting TiO2 hydrosol to obtain TiO2 sol; the TiO2/SiO2 double-layer composite film is prepared on the surface of a substrate through a spin-coating method, and heat treatment is carried out on the composite film at the temperature of 55 DEG C to 70 DEG C to obtain the TiO2/SiO2 composite film for photoinduced cell detachment. The method for preparing the TiO2/SiO2 composite film is simple in technology, high-temperature treatment is not needed, the cost is low, the prepared film hasthe long super-hydrophilic property, the biocompatibility is good, and the method can be used for fields of photoinduced cell detachment, tissue engineering and the like.
