Method for preparing three-dimensional porous rack material for tissue engineering by super critical CO2 technology

Abstract

The present invention belongs to the field of high molecular material and biomedicine engineering technology, and is especially the preparation process of biodegradable porous polylactic acid rack material for tissue engineering. The preparation process adopts biodegradable polylactic acid and its copolymer as basic material, and includes the steps of adding pore forming agent, hot pressing in PTFE mold to form, setting inside high pressure still, intruding CO2, maintaining at set temperature for one period, quick lowering the pressure to atmosphere pressure to obtain the 3D porous rack material with porosity over 90 %, communicated pores, homogeneous pore distribution and pore size of 100-300 microns. The present invention has the advantages of wide material source, simple preparing process, no environmental pollution and wide adaptability.
