Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of semiconductor materials, and in particular relates to a method for preparing a three-dimensional porous bracket employing natural fibroin. The method for preparing the three-dimensional porous bracket employing the natural fibroin comprises the following steps: boiling filature silk in a boiling Na2CO3 solution for 60 minutes, flushing with distilled water and drying over the night to obtain pure silk fibroin; adding the silk fibroin to a ternary mixed liquid of CaCl2/H2O/CH3CH2OH, dissolving, dialyzing in running water for 2 days, and then dialyzing with distilled water for 1 day to obtain a silk fibroin solution; softly stirring the silk fibroin solution at 60 DEG C, and concentrating to obtain high-concentration silk fibroin solution; adding the high-concentration silk fibroin solution to NaCl, standing gel, and removing supernate; and stirring sediments and mixing evenly; casting into a mold, drying and desalting to obtain the bracket. No organic solvent is used and chemical crosslinking is avoided; the porous fibroin bracket is prepared from the fibroin water solution by a salt leaching method; the obtained bracket is good in cell compatibility; and a new choice is provided for tissue repair and tissue engineering by the silk fibroin biomaterial.
