Method for preparing supermolecule hydrogel based on amphiphilic micromolecules (cholesterol and phosphorylcholine)

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing supermolecule hydrogel based on amphiphilic micromolecules (cholesterol and phosphorylcholine). According to the method disclosed by the invention, biomolecule cholesterol and phosphorylcholine are taken as structural elements of the amphiphilic micromolecules, and the biocompatibility of the hydrogel is good; the structures of the amphiphilic micromolecules are very simple, and therefore convenience is provided for synthesizing preparation and the performance of the hydrogel can be adjusted conveniently through the easiest molecular structure change; in addition, the prepared supermolecule hydrogel has the advantages that the hydrogel structure is uniform, various hydrogel performances can not be damaged when outside factors such as pH value and ion strength change, the load capacity is very strong for various other active and functional components, and the moisturizing performance is good. Therefore, the supermolecule hydrogel has very wide potential application prospect on aspects of tissue engineering, medicaments delivery, cell culture, cosmetics, foods, agricultural forestry and gardening and the like.
