23 Jul Method for preparing polypeptide nano-film by solvent treatment
Abstract
The invention relates to a method for preparing a polypeptide nano-film by solvent treatment and belongs to the field of biological materials. The method comprises the steps of subjecting dipeptide molecules to chemical modification and connecting an azobenzene group; dissolving the modified dipeptide molecules in a good solvent and performing spin coating on a hydrophilic substrate; and processing the surface with water and drying to obtain the polypeptide nano-film. The method is simple in operation, low in cost relatively and capable of being prepared in a large area and solving the key problem of nano-film preparation by usage of polypeptide nanofibers. According to the obtained polypeptide nano-film, the structure is regular and orderly in nanoscale, and the film is suitable for fields of tissue engineering materials, biocompatibility surface modification, optical storage films based on azobenzene and the like.
