23 Jul Method for preparing polylactic acid composite microspheres based on emulsion solvent-ultrasonic spraying method
Abstract
The invention relates to a method for preparing polylactic acid composite microspheres based on an emulsion solvent-ultrasonic spraying method. The method combines an ultrasonic spraying technology onthe basis of a current emulsion solvent evaporation method, and utilizes an ultrasonic cavitation effect to convert an emulsion into micro-mist emulsion droplets, thereby increasing the specific surface area of the emulsion, accelerating evaporation of a solvent and solidification of the microspheres, and shortening the preparation cycle; the method can flexibly regulate and control the size andparticle size distribution of the microspheres by changing spraying time and a flow rate; and in the preparation process of the polylactic acid microspheres, nano-hydroxyapatite and the like can alsobe added for compounding, and the obtained microspheres have broad application prospects in biomedical fields such as drug release carriers and tissue engineering scaffolds.
