Method for preparing poly(ethylene oxide) diacrylate crosslinked fiber through low-temperature photopolymerization

Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing poly(ethylene oxide) diacrylate crosslinked fiber through low-temperature photopolymerization. The poly(ethylene oxide) diacrylate crosslinked fiber provided by the invention is obtained by carrying out low-temperature photopolymerization reaction on poly(ethylene oxide) diacrylate under the initiation of a free radical photoinitiator, and can be used as a tissue engineering scaffold, a catalyst carrier and a drug controlled release carrier. The method comprises the steps of dissolving the water-soluble poly(ethylene oxide) diacrylate and an initiator into water; carrying out low-temperature freezing to freeze water to form a crystal; and then, carrying out low-temperature illuminating and crosslinking as well as freeze drying to remove water to obtain the crosslinked fiber. The method has the characteristics of simple preparation process, high speed and capability of finishing material crosslinking and fiber forming processes through one-step reaction.
