Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing an organic/inorganic hybrid nanofiber drug-carrying microsphere. The method comprises the following steps: preparing drug-carrying nanoparticles; preparing a polymer solution; adding the drug-carrying nanoparticles to the polymer solution; dropwise adding preheated glycerol into a mixed solution of the polymer/nanoparticles after full ultrasonic treatment and even agitation, and then rapidly putting the mixture solution into a low-temperature environment; finally preparing the organic/inorganic hybrid nanofiber drug-carrying microsphere of which the particle size is controllable within the range of 0.5-500 microns after phase separation and solvent exchange. The organic/inorganic hybrid nanofiber drug-carrying microsphere prepared by the invention has the advantages of being good in biocompatibility, high in drug-carrying amount, large in specific surface area and the like, can be controlled to release for a long period of time, can be applied to tissue repair and cancer treatment, and has a good application prospect in the fields such as biomedical engineering, tissue engineering and the like.
