23 Jul Method for preparing organic-inorganic composite hydrogel membrane and grafting material containing immobilized biological macromolecules
Abstract
The invention provides a method for preparing a grafting material and an organic-inorganic composite hydrogel membrane containing immobilized biological macromolecules. The method includes immobilizing the biological macromolecules into a thickness-controllable composite hydrogel membrane in a mode of adsorbing, a mode of embedding or a mode of adsorbing, embedding and then crosslinking via covalent bond in a procedure for preparing the composite hydrogel membrane. The composite hydrogel membrane can be grafted to the surface of another matrix material by means of crosslinking via calcium ions to obtain the grafting material of the organic-inorganic composite hydrogel membrane containing the immobilized biological macromolecules. The method has the advantages that operation is easy, organic solvents are omitted, the immobilized biological macromolecules are high in activity, the material is good in biocompatibility, the thickness of the membrane is controllable, and the method has an excellent application prospect in fields of tissue engineering, drug controlled release, catalysis and the like.
