Abstract

In the preparation method of the nerves around the neuron tissue engineering of the invention, hair follicle neural crest stem cells are selected for inducing the mixed cells of differential nerve-like Cells and the Schwann cells to be seeded cells in specific condition, which is constructed in the bracket of heterogeneity cell-removing nerve basilemma tube according to the proportion of 1:1. The nerves around the tissue engineering prepared by the invention can avoid regenerated axon exogenesis and error entering in growing process, thus shortening the time that the regenerated nerve fiber arrives at the effector, avoiding shrinking of the effector. Not only the demand for repairing the deficiency of long-section nerve in clinic is satisfied, but also the nerve function is restored well after the regeneration of nerves.
