The method comprises the following steps: firstly, dissolving Gel and ciprofloxacin (Cip) into an organic solution, preparing a spinning liquid, collecting a Gel-Cip nano fiber layer on the surface of a Ca-Mg alloy by using an electrostatic spinning technique, and further performing cross-linking inglutaraldehyde steam, thereby obtaining a Mg-Ca alloy bracket with a Gel-Cip nano fiber coating. The method provided by the invention is simple, the Mg-Ca alloy bracket with the Gel-Cip nano fiber coating is relatively high in corrosion resistance, biological compatibility and bacterial resistance, and has wide application prospects in nano coating fiber materials for bone regeneration.
