METHOD FOR PREPARING NANO-FABRIC MEMBRANE WITH ELECTRIC RADIATION

Abstract

Disclosed is a method for preparing nano-fabric membrane electrically-radiated capable of being applied as a tissue engineering supporting body. The present invention is characterized by comprising the steps of: preparing a polyvinyl phosphonic acid (PVPA) solution having 0.1-1.0% v/v; preparing the polyvinyl phosphonic acid (PVPA) solution having 0.1-1.0% v/v by putting, into 100ml of distilled water, 0.1-1.0 g of PVPA powder and by heating it at a temperature of 800°C; preparing a polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) solution having 12% w/v by putting, into 100 ml of distilled water, 12 g of PVA powder and by heating it at a temperature of 80°C; mixing the polyvinyl phosphonic acid (PVPA) solution having 0.1-1.0% v/v with the PVA solution having 12% w/v; and performing electrical radiation after putting the mixed solution into an electrical radiation machine.
