Abstract
The invention discloses a method for preparing modified konjac glucomannan/biodegradation polyester polyblend fibers through electrostatic spinning. The method is characterized in that the konjac glucomannan is modified, i,e, the konjac glucomannan is immersed in an ethanol water solution, sodium hydroxide is added, after swelling reaction, the mixture is neutralized by diluted hydrochloric acid and is filtered, washed and dried to obtain deacetylation konjac glucomannan, then at the temperature ranging between 10 DEG C and 70 DEG C, the distilled water deacetylation konjac glucomannan, methyl acrylate and an initiator are subjected to mixed reaction, a material after reaction is extracted, ethanol is added and is mixed with the material, the mixture is subjected to still standing and sedimentation, filtering, and the mixture is washed and dried by acetone to obtain the modified konjac glucomannan; and the modified konjac glucomannan and the polyester are dissolved in an organic solvent to prepare a spinning solution; and electrostatic spinning is conducted to obtain the polyblend fibers. Produced degradable fiber materials can serve as tissue engineering materials, dressing materials, adsorbing materials, membrane material and the like and can be applied in fields such as medicines and environmental protection widely.
