Abstract
The invention discloses a method for preparing medicament-carrying tissue engineering hydrogel, which comprises the following steps: a, dissolving collagen in 0.50mol/L solution of acetone to prepare solution of collagen; b, dissolving hyaluronic acid in 0.50 mol/L solution of acetone to prepare solution of hyaluronic acid; c, dissolving sodium alga acid in 0.50 mol/L solution of acetone to prepare solution of sodium alga acid; d, mixing the solution of collagen, the solution of hyaluronic acid and the solution of sodium alga acid in a weight part ratio of 4:3:3; e, adding 0.1mg/ml medicament into the mixed solution; f, adding glutaraldehyde into the mixed solution to perform cross linking to obtain the medicament-carrying tissue engineering hydrogel; and g, disinfecting the medicament-carrying tissue engineering hydrogel by using Co60, and packing the medicament-carrying tissue engineering hydrogel for later use.
