Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing hyaluronic acid/beta-TCP (beta-tertiary calcium phosphate) composite hydrogel from adipic dihydrazide. The method comprises steps as follows: firstly, a sodium hyaluronate solution with certain concentration is prepared, adipicdihydrazide and beta-TCP as cross-linking agents are added to the sodium hyaluronate solution and stirred uniformly, pH of the solution is regulated to be acidic, a dispersion liquid containing N-succinimide and carbodiimide is added, a mixed solution is subjected to ultrasonic dispersion to be uniform, left to stand and refrigerated, gel is obtained and subjected to swelling, washing, freezing and drying, and the hyaluronic acid/beta-TCP composite hydrogel as a target product is obtained. According to the method, the common defects that prepared hydrogel is low in biological activity, complicated in process, low in compressive strength and the like in the prior art are overcome, and the hyaluronic acid/beta-TCP composite hydrogel prepared with the method has excellent performance and can be applied to scaffolds for tissue engineering.
