Method for preparing gradient protein template by ink jet printing technique

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a gradient protein template by an ink jet printing technique. The method comprises the following steps of: modifying an ink jet printer and optimally designing the gray scale gradient of the printed template, using a metal spraying silicon wafer as the initial base material, printing sulfur alcohol molecule of end-COOH radical on the metal spraying initial base material by using the gray scale gradient obtained by optimizing, performing reverse immersing processing and activating processing to the printed base material, and finally, performing coupling fixation with a target protein to obtain the needed gradient protein printing template. The method is simple to operate, can meet the requirement just by an ordinary ink jet printer, is low in the processing cost and easy to operate and can avoid cross infection of the base materials. The method can be used for gradient printing template construction of different proteins to obtain a growth factor to prepare the corresponding surface carried protein or growth factor gradient and has wide application prospect in the future tissue engineering study.
