Abstract
This invention discloses a preparation method of gene curing tissue metal backing frame. Its procedures are that first high macromolecule frame is cut into needed shape and soaked in pure water, then disinfected by alcohol soaking and drying by baking. Secondly, virus liquor carries curing gene is fell into sterilization plastic vessel; frame is soaked into the virus liquor. Thirdly, the vessel is put into refrigerator to pre cooling after laid for a certain time. The fourth procedure is that the culture dish is put into drying room of freeze dryer, then the room is extracted to vacuum after temperature is balanced, and the frame carried curing gene is prepared. The method is simple, operation is convenient, and the cost of curing frame is reduced.
