23 Jul METHOD FOR PREPARING FIBROUS SCAFFOLD FOR PERSONALIZED TISSUE ENGINEERING
Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a cotton-like fibrous scaffold which can be suitably used for defects in various forms and has a three-dimensional (3D) volume; a scaffold prepared by the method; and use of the scaffold. The fibrous scaffold prepared by the preparation method according to the present invention exhibits a 3D cotton-like form, and has an ability to induce vertical regeneration of bone in a bone defect site. Further, the scaffold may be used as a composition for bone regeneration which is personalized to patients and injectable for various bone defects.
