Abstract

A method for preparing electrospinning nanofiber with surface photosensitive activity belongs to the field of preparation of functional nanofiber. According to the invention, a polymer and a fluorine-containing photoinitiator are blended and subjected to electrospinning, and the characteristic that surface tension of the fluorine-containing photoinitiator is low and moves to the surface of the fiber is utilized, so that the photosensitive functional nanofiber is prepared. The functional nanofiber can be obtained through photopolymerization and graft modification. The method comprises the following steps of: blending a 5wt%-10wt% photoinitiator and the polymer, dissolving the mixture into an appropriate solvent to prepare a 7wt%-10wt% solution, and carrying out electrospinning in a dark room so as to prepare the photosensitive nanofiber. According to the prepared fiber, the functional surface is obtained by carrying out polymerization reaction on the surface through photopolymerization and graft modification method so as to be applied to the fields of biological tissue engineering and wound dressing.
