Abstract
The invention discloses a method for preparing donkey skin collagens. In the method, fresh donkey skin is used as a raw material, and modified donkey skin collagen products are modified by steps of unhairing, degreasing, crushing, alkali solution soaking, low-temperature enzymolysis, purification, modification and the like. The donkey skin collagen products prepared by the method is characterized by retaining a triple helical structure, possessing biological activity, being homologous and compatible with human organisms and skin, along with high biological degradability, low antigenicity and the like; and the donkey skin collagens can be diluted by water in any ratio and be used for preparing surgical implants and tissue engineering medical products and developing medicaments, medical preparations, healthcare products and the like.
