Abstract
The invention discloses a method for preparing a composite hydrogel material and printing a composite stent of the composite hydrogel material. The composite stent is prepared through a 3D printing and crosslinking shaping composite technology with the composite hydrogel, prepared by mixing egg white with a shaping material, as a biological material. The directional printing of an egg white solution is realized by mixing, preparing and printing the egg white and the shaping material; and the method does not affect the characteristics of various proteins contained in the egg white, improves thebiological performance of the stent, and contributes to the promotion of the vascularization of the stent. The egg white has excellent water retention, that is, the composite stent prepared by mixingthe egg white with the shaping material provides a good environment for cell growth. In addition, the egg white and the shaping material are common and easily-available materials, and the preparationmethod is simple and efficient. The egg white and shaping material composite hydrogel material and the composite stent of the invention have broad application prospects in the fields of tissue engineering and regenerative medicines.
