Method for preparing composite hepatic stent capable of degrading vascularization

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of bioengineering materials, and in particular relates to a method for preparing a composite hepatic stent capable of degrading vascularization. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a hepatic cell stent material by adopting solution of degradable high polymer materials, which is suitable for the growth of hepatic cells, through a salting out method; and preparing a small vessel stent by adopting solution of degradable high polymer materials, which is suitable for the growth of endothelial cells, through electrostatic spinning. The method for preparing the composite stent is to compound two degradable stent materials into a whole through a hot press molding method, and realizes the vascularization of a hepatic tissue engineering stent based on degradability in vivo. The method can implant the hepatic cells, endothelial cells and corresponding growth factors on different stent materials respectively in future clinical application so as to contribute to the formation of the small vessels and the normal growth of the hepatic tissue in an in vitro culturing or implanting process.
