Abstract
The invention discloses a method for preparing a colored sodium alginate nano fibrous membrane by an electrostatic spinning process. According to the method, a water-soluble cationic dye is added into an ethanol aqueous solution of which the percent concentration by mass is 5%-30%, and the pH value of an obtained mixture I is regulated to be 7.5-8.5 by a 0.1 M NaOH solution, wherein one end of the molecular structure of the cationic dye is cation, while the other end of the molecular structure is of a benzene ring structure; the powder of sodium alginate is added into an obtained mixture II, and after the powder of the sodium alginate is sufficiently dissolved, a 0.1 M hydrochloric acid solution is slowly dropwise added into an obtained mixture III to regulate the pH value of a mixed solution to be 3 to 5, wherein in the mixed solution, the mass fraction of the sodium alginate is 1%-12%; after the mixed solution is subjected to vacuum defoamation, the colored sodium alginate nano fibrous membrane can be prepared and obtained according to a conventional electrostatic spinning process. The method for preparing the colored sodium alginate nano fibrous membrane by the electrostatic spinning process has characteristics of short technical process, simple technical control, high production efficiency, good product quality, stable coloring performance and the like; a product is suitably used as a raw material for a filter material, a traumatic dressing, a tissue engineering material and the like.
