Abstract
The invention provides a method for preparing chitosan/sodium alginate tissue engineering stent, which comprises three layers of composite film including a chitosan layer, a chitosan / sodium alginate polyelectrolyte layer and a sodium alginate layer, the preparation process includes forming polyelectrolyte on the interface of chitosan and sodium alginate through electrostatic reaction, forming internal voids within the supporting frame through charging sodium hydrogen carbonate into sodium alginate for reaction with acids, then adjusting chitosan molecular weight, chitosan solution concentration, acid concentration, sodium alginate molecular weight, sodium alginate concentration, sodium hydrogen carbonate consumption and reaction temperature for reaching average pore size and controlled factor of porosity.
