Abstract
The invention discloses a method for preparing a CaCO3-Ag nanocomposite by taking eggshell powder as a template. The method comprises the steps of treating eggshell, preparing eggshell powder, loading silver ions on the eggshell powder, and carrying out filtering, drying, calcining and other steps to finally obtain the CaCO3-Ag nanocomposite. The simple principle that metal ions interact with organic matter molecules to decompose under a heating condition is utilized in the method disclosed by the invention, the method is cheap and available in used materials, simple in process, free of precision equipment and low in energy consumption, silver nanoparticles in the obtained product, namely the CaCO3-Ag composite, are uniform in size and relatively good in dispersibility, and the nanocomposite has a potential application value in industries such as antibacterial agents in catalysis and medicines, tissue engineering scaffold materials, coatings, pigments, ceramics, shoe materials, clothing, household appliances and furniture as well as light industry.
